Value for money: The hotel is located in the city center of Semarang, so there is plenty of choice to try Semarang street food around the hotel. The price is very affordable, and the room cleanliness is well-maintained. The hotel is also connected to Ciputra Mall, if you need anything from the grocery stores, just 1 minute away.

Lovely, love the accessibility to the Ciputra Mall, the rooms are great, the room space is well designed, the view to the Simpang Lima Square is cool.

What a great and kindly staff, even though it was a busy time during the long weekend. My children were very happy with the accessibility to the mall and Simpang Lima yard. Thanks a lot also for upgrading the room during my holiday. Hopefully, the next rooms can be completed with smart/Google TV 👍

the room is clean, direct access to mall from the lobby. service was good, parking was abysmal. This hotel is smokers paradise because they divide the breakfast area smoking and non smoking. all & all, I do not regret choosing this hotel and had a great stay!

Despite being an older hotel, it's still a pleasant stay, with excellent, friendly, and homey service. It boasts beautiful views and is directly opposite Semarang's iconic "Simpang Lima," meaning you don't have to walk far for culinary delights.

We had written a request for a non-smoking room in our booking, but when we checked in, we were given a smoking room. The smell of cigarettes was so strong that it stuck to our clothes. Even though we checked in late, we should have kept our non-smoking request.

The lights went out in the middle of the night. The toilet water rose up as if it was blocked. The hotel toilet was in an old building. The swimming area was dirty and mossy. The view from the room was nice, connected to the Xiputra Mall.

Breakfast was delicious, the location was close to everywhere, next to the mall, and the room was comfortable. When I checked in late and found out that the AC was broken in the deluxe room, I was upgraded to the next room. The management and staff team can maintain and improve the quality of service like this. Thank you.

Late check-in and a free room upgrade from the receptionist. However, the Grand Deluxe room seemed no different from the Deluxe room.
The hotel's location is very strategic, right on the edge of Simpang Lima Square.
The hotel is always busy because it's connected to the Ciputra Mall. Access from the hotel to the mall is accessible with an access card. Security guards are busy managing the small and always crowded parking lot, often ignoring guests.
The room was clean and comfortable. The old feel can't be removed, but it seems like it's been recently renovated. The carpet was quite clean and didn't look too old.
The minifridge was very old and didn't cool much.
The pool is small and can get crowded during peak hours.
