A very kid-friendly hotel that really pampers children and has super cozy rooms. There's no room for kids to get in a bad mood. The mini zoo also encourages kids to explore. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, excellent.

Actually overall it was ok, only the check in time was not pleasant, we were made to wait half an hour to be able to enter the room with the excuse that it was still being prepared, even though the check in time was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, the room should have been ready at that time, because we came from out of town and we were already tired so we had to wait longer which made us disappointed and a little emotional, and our child should have gotten a scooter to go to the room but he didn't get it, we are staying at a hotel to rest so hopefully the service will be improved again

Masyaallah, the staff are all very friendly. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately picked up at the lobby and assisted with everything. The cleanliness is maintained and it is very kid-friendly. There is a free clown show. There are many playgrounds here. Alhamdulillah, I am very happy to have the opportunity to stay at Fprtuna Grande Seturan. Access to food is also very easy, while walking there are many recommended restaurants around the hotel.
