The hotel is nice, clean, the rooms are clean, the kids love it, the plan was to stay only 2 days but we added another day because the kids felt at home in the hotel, the food is delicious, varied, the staff are all friendly, we really enjoyed our stay there, if we go to Jogja we will probably stay here again.

When I first entered the room, I was greeted by red ants behind the doormat. I had cleaned it, but the ants were still coming from the cracks in the lower wall. The hotel staff finally patched it up, thank you, sir.
The other hotel staff were also friendly and very helpful. My child had vomited and had diarrhea after swimming. I asked for oral rehydration salts, but there wasn't any. Finally, they made me sugar and salt water and warm tea. Thank you, sis. Thank God, I was back to health that afternoon.
I don't know why I suddenly vomited and had diarrhea after swimming, even though I had breakfast. Maybe the pool isn't as clean as it looks? The water also tasted a bit salty, and my eyes stung when it came into contact with it.
The playground is free, quite spacious, although some of the rides were broken. Unfortunately, the other rides are paid, like the train, horse riding, Dino ryde, and go-cart. I hope they can package it with all room types, which would be even better. As for the food, I think it lacks variety, and the taste is truly lacking. Honestly, the kitchen needs improvement.
1. Pudding, which is a favorite food of our children, is unappetizing.
2. Klepon has a really weird taste, maybe it's from the coconut. It's just unappetizing. It's still inferior to street vendors (sorry).
3. Bubur Sum-sum still tastes very floury. There's no savory flavor.
4. Urap sayur is also strange, as the coconut is a bit off.
5. Ice cream is too sweet.
6. The only fruits are melon, papaya, and watermelon. Pineapple should be added, not just for decoration.
7. The vegetable salad wasn't washed thoroughly enough. There was still some dirt on the curly lettuce.
The only dishes we liked were the Hainanese Chicken Rice, egg omelet, fried noodles, and ginger rice jamu. The rest was just so-so.

The hotel is very kid-friendly, so bring your little ones with you, don't worry! Everything is complete and you can play as much as you like. The room we booked was standard and not very big. But the breakfast menu was really good, everything was delicious☺️☺️

my kids are sooo happy, and it makes me more happy to see them happy, thats beyond enough.
the facilities are kids-friendly.
even the rooms (playfull room & super adventure room) are so great for family with kids.
i made a promise to my kids that we'll comeback and try the suite adventure room.

Very kids-friendly hotel, very pleasant stay here. Access to the main road is close, tourist attractions are also close, many restaurants and eateries nearby. Check-in process is fast.

The super adventure room is really nice... all the kids love it. It's just that it's not soundproof enough, so sometimes I'm disturbed by noise from the next room or the room above.
The food is delicious, and it's 1 km away from Pakuwon Mall Jogja.

When going to Jogja, this is always a family choice, because the kids love it, there is a mini zoo playground, there are lots of breakfast choices for kids, and the location is close to minimarkets and food centers.

Overall everything is okay, a kids friendly hotel, but they just need more maintenance on the small things in the room... I got room 416, the AC was not cold at all, I checked in late at night, past 10 PM, when I arrived at the room, the AC was not working properly. I wanted to contact the hotel, but it was late at night and I was tired and needed to rest.

Room cleanliness needs to be improved, especially the cleanliness of the bed sheets and pillows. Family segment hotels should pay more attention to cleanliness, there are many stains on the sheets and dirt on the pillowcases. The bathroom provides a place to put soap/shampoo on the bathroom wall + there should be a towel hanger. The shower water also splashes out, making the floor wet, a full glass shoe cover should be considered.
