Actually, since I'm not married yet, this hotel is a comfortable place to staycation because of its atmosphere, maybe if it looks ordinary from the outside, but if you see it inside, you can judge for yourself later. Hehehe. There are also many tourist attractions nearby, so you don't need to be confused about where to go when you're in Puncak. The staff are all friendly, the food is also okay. It's been a long time since I came here again, it turns out that it's getting more crowded and the service is getting better. Keep it up, God willing, if you go to Puncak again, the choice to stay at the Gerbera Hotel will always be number one. 🥰✨️

The bottom corner of the floor near the bed is still full of dust and near the lobby in the morning it is very noisy, whether it is guests or staff. In the morning, many guests still want to rest

The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive.
The rooms and surroundings were clean, and it was easy to get food or snacks.
The location is close to the roadside but not noisy.
I don't know about the food, as I only booked a room.
The only downside is the lack of a view, as it's still located below.
However, there's a gazebo and fish pond in front of the hotel, which makes it a great place to relax.

The hotel is close to the main road, there are lots of food stalls outside the hotel, minimarkets on both sides, friendly and helpful staff, quick check-in/check-out, comfortable environment, decent swimming pool (there's a children's and adult pool). Overall, my stay here was very memorable...

Nice and comfortable, my kids love it especially the swimming pool, my kids really like it, but for the family room the cleanliness of the mattress is a bit lacking. The room should have been cleaned before anyone checked in so that the mattress was not dusty and for the floor there were also ants coming out of the floor holes, and please fix the AC again, yesterday I couldn't adjust the AC because the remote didn't work. For the yard area it's really nice, especially the view is very beautiful. I won't regret staying here again 🥰

A hotel that could be a good choice for those looking to stay in Puncak. It's close to Cimory and offers plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel is quiet and quiet. Check-in and checkout are quick, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the hot water in the bathroom is a bit limited, but otherwise, everything is good.

Thank God, I can staycation with my husband at this hotel. After a tiring day at work, we can enjoy time together at this Gerbera hotel. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious, it's really great. It's just that the WiFi can't reach the room, hehehehehe. Thank you Gerbera for the facilities and service. Thank you.

Close to Cimory, within walking distance. I got a room with a weak AC, and the staff granted my request to move rooms, and the response was quick and free. Breakfast was decent, delivered to my room.

A highly recommended hotel, located in the city center, on the main road, close to everything, and you can get a room with a pool. The only downside is that the TV sometimes has no sound. But otherwise, it's great.

The hotel staff are very friendly, starting from the receptionist, security, restaurant staff, cleaning service, the location is close to the main road but not noisy, the room is comfortable with a soft mattress, the water heater is working, the swimming pool is clean because when I went there it was just being rinsed off, the food is delicious and the price is affordable, especially the crispy chicken pecel is very delicious, breakfast is also delivered so just sit back, you can walk to Cimory because it is very close, I managed to get a room with an AC that wasn't cold but was immediately moved to another room, by the way I ordered a superior one in front of the pool
