My original business trip was around District 8, but due to my tight budget, I chose this hotel. 1. Mobility In front of the building, across the pedestrian bridge, there's a Family Mart if you need a convenience store. The front desk is helpful and can store your belongings. It's very safe. However, the hotel lobby is small, as is the parking lot. So if you're waiting for a taxi and it's busy, you'll have to stand or sit at the restaurant and hop in. I also recommend using GoRide on weekends, as the traffic in front of the hotel can be very congested and the streets are stagnant. 2. Facilities Basically complete: there's a restaurant open 24 hours, and you can order room service. The 5th floor is mostly for public use, with meeting rooms of various sizes, a spa, and two pools: one for adults and one for children. This is my favorite: the running water keeps the pools clean, and the lights are romantic at night. There's a minibar by the pool, and next to the pool is a gym. The room is very small, just a treadmill, cable, and some barbells, enough for a general workout. 3. Comfort Very good. One thing I'd highlight is that the mattress is just the right amount of softness, not hard, not too soft, and the pillows are the same. There's a hairdryer and a Smart TV. When I was there, the TV wouldn't work, but I quickly reported it to the front desk, and it was taken care of in under 5 minutes. Five stars for a prompt response! The amenities are very complete, everything is in sachets, making it more hygienic. And most importantly, the hot water runs smoothly and doesn't smell strange. 4. Cleanliness It's okay, my room was non-smoking, with a queen bed. The bed wasn't connected, and it didn't smell of cigarettes. The sheets, etc., smelled like detergent, haha. The curtains were dirty, and they looked like they needed to be washed. There were lots of stains, and there were a few spots of oil (probably from hand towels). The carpet is clean, because I'm allergic to dust. If it's dirty, my feet usually itch immediately, but this is safe, and the cupboard doesn't smell of dust. 5. Food Breakfast is from 6-10 a.m. Mostly Indonesian food, and the taste is really good. Less flavoring, more spices are fine. The menu includes mostly English breakfast, bread, and cereal.

Thank God, I booked this hotel right after a wedding and stayed there straight away. The restaurant food was delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Not all dreams come true... It was a bad day. My trip was delayed by a delayed train, so our scheduled arrival in Jakarta that evening was delayed, and we couldn't check in until 6 a.m. at the Grandhika Iskandarsyah Hotel. First impressions were that the hotel was magnificent, with a beautiful and luxurious lobby. And then there was the surprise from the receptionist who offered us a free upgrade from our booked Premium room to a Suite...WOW! But it turns out...!! When we entered the room, the master key didn't work. After waiting for a technician, we discovered there was a problem with the electrical fuse. As a result, we spent a long time in the dark waiting for the repairs. When we wanted to take a shower, another problem arose: the tap water was very murky (on the hot water setting), so we had to take a cold shower. I wondered if the room wasn't used often or if it wasn't properly prepared. I didn't even have time for breakfast, so I decided to rest and prepare for the day's events. In the end, the plan to extend our stay for one night was canceled because I was in a bad mood, so I decided to find another hotel.

We stayed at Premiere Room, asked for extra bed too, the highlight will be on the bedding set. The bed, the bed cover, the pillows are so comfortable. The only minus maybe, the bathroom lack of privacy and we can hear the next room too We had breakfast and truly enjoyed them,nice variations and the tasted good too. The staffs are really nice and helpful. overall had a nice stay, hope to be back.
