This hotel is one of many hotels in Jakarta that I would like to stay at. And as my expectation, this hotel is great, near to Blok M where you can find viral food nowadays, near MRT Blok M... And of course, the room has a big space, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a wonderful experience.

For a price above 800 thousand, I'm sorry to say, there is one thing that really needs improvement: the cleanliness of the bathroom. I saw that the bathroom walls, bathroom floors, and toilet were moldy and dull. When I first entered, the pillow still had someone's hair on it, it smelled of drool, and it seemed like it hadn't been changed. So, I called housekeeping and they immediately replaced it. One thing I really appreciated was that printing documents in the lobby was free of charge, unlike other hotels. The lobby photo and video staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff friendly, check-in and check-out process is very smooth and comfortable. Free parking for those who stay, just show the parking slip. The food menu is quite standard. The bathroom in the room is too narrow so it is not comfortable. And the changing room at the swimming pool for men is also not very clean so we changed in our own room. Great to upgrade the facilities! Thank you!
