Got a free upgrade from executive to studio suite, the check in check out process was extremely satisfying and fast, you probably read the unpleasant reviews from the past, but believe me, they've changed. everything is tidy even for a smoking room, I wish I had more time and if I do, I will definitely extend my stay here

The hotel staff are friendly, especially the staff at the swimming pool and symphony lounge, they are very helpful. The food is delicious, the meatballs at the swimming pool, the banana split at the lounge, and the breakfast food are all delicious, everything is just right.
The only downside is the parking lot, the car doesn't take more than 2 minutes to get there and has to pay 5k, even though it's not parked...

The hotel staff was very friendly upon check-in. A deposit of 400,000 Rupiah was charged. The room was clean and quite spacious. Unfortunately, the TV was too small. Breakfast was quite varied.

I have been to this hotel for more than 10 staycations and there hasn't been much change in the last 7 years. It's no longer the era of hotels requiring deposits, small TVs and no smart TVs, everything looks so old-fashioned... Not everyone stays at a hotel just to sleep, but also to enjoy the facilities in the room... Hopefully, the Menara Peninsula Hotel can improve itself in the midst of an increasingly advanced era with good facilities... Hotels continue to grow, increasingly mushrooming..

Hotel with old building, spacious, clean rooms. There is a bathtub in all rooms. The service is good, the staff is friendly. For the breakfast menu it seems to need to be changed, less varied, the taste is just ordinary. For a hotel type like Peninsula, it should be better for its breakfast.

The room is very comfortable and the air conditioning is very cold, even though the furniture looks old, it is still very well maintained, and the hotel service is satisfactory and the breakfast is quite delicious, so I am very satisfied staying at this hotel.
