The rooftop bathroom water is dirty, and the swimming pool water is also dark (unclear whether it's clean or dirty). Not recommended if you want a quiet weekend stay.

The semi-finished industrial design combined with an old-style style is like stepping back in time to stay at Grandma's house. Everything is fine, except for the lack of soundproofing from outside. The hotel staff could be more welcoming, and the security guard was very helpful during check-in and checkout.

Personally i don’t really like to write a bad review, but it became very unbearable to stay even to rest while staying here. So if you’re not a heavy sleeper & looking for a place to rest, this hotel is definitely not worth your sleep & rest time! I stayed at the junior suite room fifth floor, beneath the upstairs bar. The hotel really needs to find ways to cancel out the noises from the outside bars bcs THANK GOD, we stayed there when there were no event at the Hotel, So there were no noise from the upstairs bar, but couldn’t even imagine the noise if there were an event that night. The noise of the elevator when being used was very loud, it woke me up several times. Didn’t have any issue with the parking space bcs yet again thank god no event was held. Agreed on most reviews that the security wasn’t really that helpful or even care that we just carried our own luggage. Oh on the night of our stay, our room had 5x power outage. So we were woken up 5 times due to this, and after we called the concierge, they said it was power outage from the PLN 😅. And coincidentally after i called, the power outage stopped. Still couldn’t believe a 3.5-4 star hotel doesn’t have any backup power generator to keep the power up and running with even the slightest intrusion from PLN they should’ve had this & handled it more smoothly. Infact there weren’t many guest staying that night, couldn’t imagine if they had on full capacity. Didn’t have much trouble with any smell of the carpets or rooms. Overall honestly didn’t meet my expectations at all, such a shame that this hotel have a nice concept but the overall services just doesn’t meet the criteria for a “nice” hotel. It kinda felt like the management just doesn’t care anymore & just let this hotel faded away, such a shame bcs there were a view staff that was nice & helpful.

Not suitable for business visits because there are many nightlife spots around the hotel. I was disturbed by a call from a stranger at night who asked me to go to his room.

It was a nice stay. Clean and adequate space. Friendly staff and the breakfast menu was good tho to bad the buffet only for desserts not for the main course. Overall will book again in the future.
