The location is good. You could find lots of street food nearby. The room is good, less noice and clean. Air Conditioner good enough. The bathroom is clean with strong push shower. All is good and nice.

We stayed in the family room with one double bed and one king-size bed. It was quite spacious and clean. The bathroom clean and smell good. Love the shower because it sprinkled heavy but softly touched our skin. We didn't take hotel breakfast but when we went for breakfast hunting it only took couple of meters down to buy street food. Lovely. We definitely will stay here again.

This was our first trip to Bandung since the outbreak in 2020. So I was being more picky in deciding which hotel to stay with good healthy protocol at reasonable budget😁 Finally in second day we stayed in Neo Dipatiukur in two rooms without breakfast because other reviews said taste and variant menu were so so. One was double bed and other two singles. I got double with my two teen girls who were more pickier and I felt relieved when they satisfied with the room. Quite spacious in 21m2, clean room, ac central working perfectly, room smells freshly. Bed can be occupied by us comfortably concerning the slim one only my youngest teen😄 my teens also love the bathroom because it was clean and the shower sprinkle heavy but touch softly on skin. Hot and cold ran well. Those perfect condition also came from the other room which occupied by hubby and my 17yr boy. For breakfast we just walked outside the hotel and couple meters down you would easily found street food sellers. Perfect. Those why we extended our stay in Neo for couple days. Great job guys. Thank you for excellent services

Overall, it's okay. The location is strategic and there's plenty of food. I booked two rooms, but one of them smelled a bit like cigarettes. When I complained, the staff immediately gave me some freshener (quick response). I was a bit surprised when I received a phone call at 10:00 and told me I had to check out.

The breakfast menu is varied. Early check-out is possible, and the staff is friendly.
Communication between staff needs to be improved. When I requested a room makeover, it wasn't done, so I had to wait for the room to be cleaned.
