Stayed 3 nights here, satisfying, starting from the flexibility of check in and check out, friendly staff, hotel environment, cleanliness of the hotel. The room is also good, for the type chosen, the size is quite large. The room is clean, the facilities in the room are also adequate, the bed is soft and clean. The bathroom, toilet are clean. Wifi is also free.

I stayed 3 nights at the Neo hotel, planning only 1 night because I wanted to see the condition of the hotel (mainly room cleanliness, hotel location, food), finally I extended to 3 nights (not moving to another hotel) because I suited the Neo hotel. The hotel location is very strategic, many culinary places near the hotel, so it can be reached on foot, the room condition is clean, only the noise outside the room can be heard inside (not soundproof), the front office service is good and friendly.

The hotel staff are all friendly, the damage handling is fast response, the only problem is in the toilet because as soon as you enter there is a puddle of water in the toilet.. but the technician's fast response makes it safe.. and the mini fridge is not cold enough and there is no drinking water in the room, that's all.. overall everything is good, and it's a pleasure to be able to stay at the Neo hotel.. thank you🙏🏻

The hotel staff are all friendly, the damage handling is fast response, the only problem is in the toilet because as soon as you enter there is a puddle of water in the toilet.. but the technician's fast response makes it safe.. and the mini fridge is not cold enough and there is no drinking water in the room, that's all.. overall everything is good, and it's a pleasure to be able to stay at the Neo hotel.. thank you🙏🏻

For the availability of drinking water, Hotel Neo Gajah Mada Pontianak has implemented an environmentally friendly program by reducing the use of single-use plastic bottles.
