I booked this hotel room for a quick staycation, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The room was incredibly cozy—spotlessly clean, with a super comfortable bed, soft linens, and warm lighting that made it feel like a home away from home.
The ambiance was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I especially appreciated the little touches: a well-stocked coffee/tea station, fluffy bathrobes, and a deep soaking tub that was great for a long, stress-melting bath. Room service was prompt and delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay.
Whether you’re looking to rest, reset, or just enjoy a peaceful weekend indoors, this hotel is a hidden gem. I left feeling refreshed and will definitely be back for another staycation soon!

Wow, I felt so happy and satisfied to do staycation here! It was very amazing. All the services are very good; The room's clean, the AC& cool bar works very well, the staffs are friendly, and the rooftop has great views both swimming pools & the garden. However, the only thing that this hotel needs to be improved is the breakfast. Overall, all food are variants but the taste are a little bit standard. So sorry 🙏 but I felt thankful, I got the affordable price include it 🥰 hihi. Two thumbs up for this hotel! Gonna come for another staycation 😎

the suite bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with cool view. the swimming pool was large and not too crowded. the breakfast choice was limited but delicious.

Regarding the price, service, and hotel access, it's affordable.
The room service and reception were great. All my requests for a double bed, city view, and a high floor were granted.
I also asked for a mirror up, and it was done really well.
But the breakfast wasn't great.
It was very incomplete, and when I arrived at 8 a.m., some of the food hadn't been refilled.
Even when I asked for it, it wasn't given.
Of all the good food, only watermelon, cantaloupe, and omelettes were okay.
Please improve the breakfast, Neo.

Overall, the hotel was quite comfortable, but because it's close to the market, the noise was quite noticeable, and the sounds from the next room were quite disturbing. And, as we happen to enjoy walking, the pedestrian walkway around the hotel leading to the outside area was a bit uncomfortable.

This is my first time staying here and it is very satisfying. We happened to get a room on the 16th floor (2nd highest floor) and had the opportunity to see the beautiful view of Jakarta city from above. The hotel is very strategic near the main road. Access to everywhere is close, for example to Blok M. The price is affordable. The room is spacious and comfortable. The wifi is smooth. Incidentally, we haven't tried the swimming pool because it was raining. Overall, it's really top. On the list of hotels to visit next.
