There are some whose AC remotes are no longer working. or they are working but the AC temperature cannot be adjusted. stuck at 25⁰ C. The TV is broken.

Overall ok, but the TV is broken, the toilet doesn't work so it's hard to go to the toilet. That's all that needs to be fixed to make it comfortable for both parties.

TV is broken, AC is not cold enough, Anara Residence is now different from the old Anara. Subscribed since 2022, but now it's disappointing. Hopefully the management will read it and review it again.

Friendly, close to the city. If you want to go to the Simpati Star bus stop, it's close, just walk. The mall is also close, it's really cool.

clean and comfortable room, especially the bathroom 👍👍
hotel atmosphere is also calm and the staff are friendly, only minus the smell of cigarettes in public areas.
highly recommend staying here, whether you come for tourism, work purposes, or digital nomads who want to stay long in Medan.

This room is not soundproof at all, to the point where I can't sleep. If someone is sleeping, it's really noisy. Left and right. Very, very disturbing.

The staff is quite friendly but I was quite surprised that we had to pay tax again. Even though the application already has tax. I was confused. The room is okay, clean and comfortable. The water sometimes goes off, especially in the morning.

The hotel staff is friendly and kind, the parking is safe and equipped with CCTV, the rooms are clean and tidy, the wifi is strong and the distance to the city center is close.
