I extended my stay through the app due to a promo, but I was given the room at the end of the room, with only one mattress remaining. If I asked to move rooms, I had to pay again.

The hotel staff was very poor in their service, because when making a reservation and paying on the spot, the price stated was not the same as the price offered when paying on the spot. The bathroom was dirty, the water was stagnant, and the hot water didn't work.

The price that has been booked when arriving at the place was asked to add a price, they said there was a problem with the app, because it was the weekend. The price does not match the app, it should be their responsibility, not the customer.

Unfortunately there is no temporary soap, toothbrush & toothpaste. There are ants on the edge of the wall near the bathroom. Overall it is okay, hot water is okay.

the place is comfortable and quite clean. it's good if you bring kids, in front of the room is the swimming pool. also strategically located near the laundry, culinary center and supermarket. only when I wanted to check out the staff was not very friendly, no one said thank you 🙁
when I ordered instant noodles it also took a long time to be delivered.
overall it's ok.

Awalnya lihat review di aplikasi saya kihat semuanya baik tapi saat saya menginap ini lumayan melenceng dari ekspektsi, resepsionis kurang profesional, judes, seperti tidak niat, kolam renang super super jorok banyak kotoran dan ada beberapa lalat mengambang, lantai kolam keruh, water heater mati, ac kurang dingin, halaman super kotor.
