The TV doesn't work, the bed smells old, the bathroom is dirty, there are no towels, the staff's friendliness is okay but not in action. It's not possible to change rooms even though the complaints are clearly disturbing the stay, it's not really worth it.

The place is indeed strategic, the room is not recommended for staying, my friend. If you only use it for 2 hours or 3 hours, it's okay. If you want to stay, it's better to choose another room than to be disappointed.

Very disappointed and highly not recommended as a place to stay, the rooms given to customers are inadequate and dirty, the rooms do not match those in the photos. Please improve the hotel management so that it is a suitable and comfortable place to stay.

It's really not worth going to OTA. Don't just prioritize personal interests but harm guests/customers. Just checked in and saw that the corridor floor was very dirty and scary, the staff was not friendly and needed training. Moved to several rooms all in very far corners and all equally "Very Dirty" and unfit.
