I like the room, at first I only wanted to book one night because I only needed one night, but when my exam schedule was rescheduled, I decided to stay in the same place for 4 nights because of the comfort of the room and also the access to eateries, Alfamart, Indomaret, Gajah Mada Park is very close. With a price below 150 RB, it is very comfortable for me. The AC is also good and the room is clean.

The room was very dirty, the facilities were broken, the bed was dirty, full of stains, and the bathroom was very small, maybe only 1 x 1 meter. Very uncomfortable.

Not recommended. Everything, motorcycles, sheets, pillows are all yellowed, not fit for use. The toilet is rotten, the lights are dead. Suitable as a horror tourist spot on the 4th floor.

This accommodation became my savior in Medan City on February 11, 2025 after being rejected by two accommodations on the grounds that they were no longer working with Teaveloka and other applications. So, be careful when booking accommodation in Medan via the app, guys!
This accommodation itself is quite worthy for the price I got, although it looks like it is not well maintained as seen in the photos.
