The shuttle bus was so responsive, great choice for transit! The room is large, very useful for unpacking and repacking your luggage, Unfortunately, because of covid pandemic, we could not enjoy the buffet breakfast, but they will deliver the breakfast to your room instead

The room exactly like on the picture, very spacious, clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Service shuttle gratis. Even on the night late the could give us for the shuttle to airport, even that not on the schedule. Mantab skali. Next we will come again. Thank you orchard hotel

Service is not good.. I checked in then wanted to rest suddenly a call from the restaurant offered a menu so I said later.. then I called the FO to say NO offers because I wanted to sleep.. eh.. when I was sleeping the restaurant called offering the menu again... lol.. even though I paid for a room at the hotel and wanted to sleep.. not wanting to listen to offers...

24-hour pick-up and drop-off. The breakfast menu is varied, all delicious, you can add portions 🥰 and you can try menus that make you curious about the taste 🤗. Next will go to this hotel again
