This is my second stay here. The room is quite spacious, and I got the one at the end. The breakfast is quite varied. The toilet doesn't smell very nice, but otherwise it's okay.

Hello Orchards Hotel..
I want to share my experience.
My impression of the stay was so-so. Because it's a 4-star hotel, I had higher expectations.
The staff were quite friendly and I was given a free upgrade because the non-smoking rooms were all gone.
In my opinion, the only downside to the room was that it lacked fragrance. It smelled a bit dusty.
But the bathroom was very clean! Awesome.
And for breakfast, I came down at 7 a.m.
Many of the food stalls were sold out but weren't refilled, so I had to find someone to help. I even had to ask the place that made the eggs to get refills because they weren't ready yet.
The food selection is very limited for a 4-star hotel.
And the fried rice was VERY COLD and hard!!!! I felt like I was eating rice that had been sitting outside for a long time.
Some of the side dishes were too salty.
Hopefully, things will improve in the future. Keep up the good work 🔥

Recommendation from one of my friends in Jakarta!! Overall the hotel is quite cozy. When checking in, I asked for a non-smoking room preference & a late checkout at 13.00 at the latest, which was provided & approved by Mr. Akbar as a duty manager in charge at the moment. The room was initially given 815 but something happened and then I moved to 801. What I like here is the fast response service. Thank you for the best & humble service for both of you (Mr. Akbar & FDA female in charge at the moment), not all hotels can be this fast in responding. But you guys need to improve 2 things: - Many TV channels are not working, some have no signal, some are blurry. The ones that work are only maybe 10 TV channels including hotel information - The breakfast is quite okay, the variants are just the taste of the soto is bland But, thanks guys for doing the best service!! I didn't take any photos, but the staff is amazing, they are very helpful and accommodating. Thanks to the staff, I am local by the way, and ohh the food is good, I love the porridge. I also think the rooms are very cheap even when it's on the weekend.

The hotel is strategic, the service is good, when the AC is off, we immediately come 👍🏻 the breakfast is complete and delicious, next time it will be a staycation if there is a flash sale price 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
