Facilities such as beds, air conditioning and bathrooms are just ordinary. Service is lacking, until bottled water is not provided. The place has begun to be deserted from visitors, the garden and a good view point are now poorly maintained.

The hotel is good, I just don't like the receptionist. I don't know why the receptionist can be so slow. Is there a lack of knowledge about serving customers or what? For some things, the receptionist is less responsive. But treated for his housekeeping attitude. Hk is quick to respond and friendly. For the receptionist, please be more knowledgeable and also more empathetic with customers. No matter how tired the receptionist is as an employee, every new customer must still be served with empathy. For the room and others, it's really good.
