The hotel is well located and well equipped. Although Banda Aceh had limited electricity and connectivity, I rarely experienced any power interruption during my 4-day stay. If any power cut, it was no more than a minute. The Wi-Fi was also quite strong and it helped me in doing my work. The staff were very helpful. What I also like is the spacious room and alleys, so I didn't feel claustrophobic.

For travelers who want to enjoy a relaxing atmosphere on the beach, this inn is very strategic. It is located not far from the center of Sabang, if you want to shop there are also many grocery stores around. The beach is clean, the atmosphere is also calm and comfortable. In each room, insect spray and air freshener are also provided. The staff is very helpful, even when my sister lost her watch in the ablution area, they found it & returned it in good condition. The food is also delicious, the wedges are my favorite. Definitely will return.

A working visit to Aceh was enjoyable by staying at this Plum hotel. The hotel is comfortable, the location is close to everywhere, the staff is friendly and very helpful. We were given early check-in too. Next time if there is a chance to go to Aceh, I want to stay here again. 1. affordable but not cheap 2. very strategic location in the city center and easy to access, both markets, offices, hospitals etc. 3. the service of all staff is very friendly and polite 4. when I had sahur the service was very prioritized, the sahur food was delivered directly to the room, even added two portions as many as the number of us in the room. 1 room should get two portions but because there were children we asked for it to be added and the hotel agreed, salute to the priority given to guests. 5. there is access to a swimming pool that children like in short here is very satisfying and complete

The check-in process was smooth, just mention that you have booked on the app, check-in went smoothly. The accommodation booked was not less than expected according to the appearance of the image on the app. The room size displayed on the app, for example 24 m is true even though the image does not show the size like that, but in reality it is that big. During my 3-night stay here, there was no bad impression and I even want to stay here again if I go to Banda Aceh again. The service is not bad, the hotel facilities are generally okay, the food is also delicious. Parking is available in front of and behind the hotel. The location of the hotel is easy to find and access to everywhere is easy because it is on the side of the main road and not a small road, the Tsunami Museum and Blang Padang Field are on the same road as and not far from this hotel. There are many places to eat and coffee shops around the hotel, so it won't be difficult to find a place to eat if you stay here. The hotel is relatively new, according to the hotel CS info, it's only about 5 years old.

GM Inn Hotel

I am a researcher from Japan University. I stayed in this hotel for 7 days. I came on Ramadhan months, therefore it's a really perfect location for food and for the place that relates to my research about tsunami. The staff is really helpful. They clean my room every day, and the air conditioner is cold, and you can also shower with hot water. If you have to stay long and are trying to stay near the city town, this hotel absolutely suits you.
