Affordable, friendly, clean, well-equipped, and functional. It's not a new building, but it's still comfortable. The only downside is the lack of a dining area (perhaps due to renovations). Conclusion: Still highly recommended 👍

The hotel is okay for the price, and it's not far from downtown Yogyakarta. It has ample parking and easy access to shopping areas like Alfamidi. It's easy to rent a Grab or other transportation as it's located on a main road. A few suggestions or shortcomings include the room paint and bed linen, which look dated. Overall, it's good. If these things are improved, I'll be a regular customer.

The hotel is in good condition, although there are a few areas that need attention or repair. The bathroom door in my room had a hole or was rotted from frequent water exposure, and the bathroom door was also a bit stiff and difficult to open. The sink was detached from the wall, only supported by the drain pipe, and the soap dish wasn't attached to the wall. Both of these are very dangerous if they fall and hit someone. The bathroom should be renovated to make it safer and more comfortable. The shower had hot water running all the time, and cold water also worked all the time. The bed was comfortable and clean, although a little yellowed from frequent washing, but that wasn't a problem. The air conditioning was quite cool, and the television had a variety of channels. There's parking for motorbikes inside and parking for cars outside. Additional amenities, such as a water dispenser and toiletries (towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and small bars of soap), were clean and well-maintained. The trash can outside, although small, was always picked up. The Wi-Fi was also quite fast. Some of the weaknesses are the bathroom that I mentioned earlier, my room is not soundproof (you can still hear the exhaust of vehicles, car horns, and people talking on the street and passing by), the placement of the power outlets is above so it is a bit difficult to charge your smartphone, there is only 1 power outlet that is accessible and the furniture only has 2 chairs, 1 table and 1 towel rack, it would be better to add 1 cupboard so it is easier to put clothes. The staff on duty are also friendly. The location of this hotel is also quite strategic and there are many stalls around it and it is close to Alfamidi. In my opinion, this hotel has advantages in terms of price and strategic location, but some facilities need to be improved and added to be more functional and safer. If it is not possible to add facilities, for existing facilities, they can be repaired if they are damaged and dangerous so that guests feel safe during their stay at the hotel.

The room is super comfortable for a family, the bathroom is clean, the water is also safe, the breakfast is also delicious and the access is also good, there is an Alfamidi next to it, there are many food choices in front of the hotel, and it is close to Malioboro and there is a prayer room and you can leave your belongings safely. Thank you, if you come back, you will stay here again, the price is cheap but not cheap, the facilities and cleanliness are really good.

This hotel is truly the best, the owner truly cares about his customers. It's amazing, even 5 stars isn't enough, this should be 10 stars. It makes you feel at home, haha.

The staff are friendly and access to everywhere is very good, right in front of the main road, especially next to a minimarket where sometimes you want to snack every night.

It was quite pleasant, great... It was just that when I was about to check out, the electricity went out, even though I was charging my phone, but overall it was okay.

The room is comfortable for that price, it has good facilities, it's clean, comfortable, easy access to everywhere, near a convenience store, in front of the hotel there's soto so you don't have to worry if you want breakfast. Check-in and check-out were easy, especially yesterday's dawn check-in. The staff is friendly, the bathroom is clean, there's a bathtub, but it's really clean right down to the ladle, it's equipped with toilet paper, the lights are bright, so far no trouble. For those who want to vacation in Yogyakarta and want to stay on an economical budget, you can come here.

Cheap hotel but good facilities. Clean, there is a clothesline for mothers who like to wash clothes lol. Breakfast can choose gudeg or soto. Recommended for those who want to stay on a low budget in Jogya.
