I stayed at the Santika Hotel which was booked through Traveloka, I booked a non-smoking room
However, my room was on the 6th floor which is a smoking floor
When the room door was opened, it smelled of cigarette smoke..it was very uncomfortable and the later it got the more the smell of smoke became..and that was enough for me to be disappointed.
