I stayed here for 21 days, and overall, my experience was excellent. The service was very good, the breakfast was decent, the parking facilities were convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, making my long stay enjoyable. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and facilities. I highly recommend this hotel for both short and long stays.

Always happy to stay at Santika, the best hospitality. All hotel staff are very friendly and responsive. For example, when we planned to swim in the morning, we were still observing the pool when the staff came and offered special towels for swimming. The welcome drink tradition for new guests has never disappeared. Thank you Santika Kuta for the memorable stay experience for our family.

The service from the receptionist was good and friendly, I was able to upgrade my room from superior to deluxe without asking. But unfortunately the bed made a lot of noise when I sat on it or slept on it. The water in the bathroom was also not very hot. The food was also not very varied, unlike other Santikas, during my 3 days there, the menu was almost the same every day and not very complete. The wifi in the room was very fast and there was a very cold refrigerator too.

Always happy to stay at Santika, the best hospitality. All hotel staff are very friendly and responsive. For example, when we planned to swim in the morning, we were still observing the pool when the staff came and offered special towels for swimming. The welcome drink tradition for new guests has never disappeared. Thank you Santika Kuta for the memorable stay experience for our family.

The service from the receptionist was good and friendly, I was able to upgrade my room from superior to deluxe without asking. But unfortunately the bed made a lot of noise when I sat on it or slept on it. The water in the bathroom was also not very hot. The food was also not very varied, unlike other Santikas, during my 3 days there, the menu was almost the same every day and not very complete. The wifi in the room was very fast and there was a very cold refrigerator too.
