Had my family gathered here in 3 lagoon rooms on the weekend. All was well. Bright spacious rooms, with direct access to warm pool. The only notes worth taking was the AC in room 1222 was not cool enough even when we set it at 16 degrees.

Had my family gathered here in 3 lagoon rooms on the weekend. All was well. Bright spacious rooms, with direct access to the warm pool. The only notes worth taking was the water kettle that became very hot to touch and could cause skin burn, you may need to change those kettles. Also, the room's soundproofing needs to be upgraded, we could hear all sounds from the hallway.

The surrounding view is very beautiful. The hotel is also very kids friendly, there are many toys in the playground & warm water swimming pool. The breakfast menu is very diverse & everything I ate was delicious.
