It's always a pleasure to come back to this hotel. Next door is Indomaret and Lawson. Across the street is Soto Bang Oya, it was really good when Malang was cold yesterday.

Never disappointed when staying at this hotel. Since arriving, the service from the security guard, FO staff, and staff on duty are very friendly and helpful. Every time I pass by the staff while walking, I am always greeted in a friendly manner. The condition of the room is always good and clean, the food is also delicious and varied. Everything is okay, clean, tidy. The feel of the hotel is like an apartment. The bathroom is American style. But yesterday during breakfast, the part that cooks eggs is not friendly, whereas in other Santika it's not like that. Then the first time I asked for scrambled eggs, luckily they were dry because they were for children, the second time I got them again they were wet. In other Santikas, they ask first before making them, whether they want them dry or not. Maybe you should choose your staff wisely.
