The hotel's location is very strategic. The hotel is nice. However, the rooms still have an old hotel feel. It would be better to replace the trash cans with standard ones. The old furniture could be replaced with simpler ones. For example, the wardrobe is quite large but looks worn/old. The damaged curtains and curtain rails should be replaced. I had to move rooms because there was no double lock on the door and the curtains couldn't be closed properly. But the staff was quite quick to provide a solution to my inconvenience. Hopefully, when I stay again, the room has been renovated and is more comfortable.

This is the second time I've been here because there was an event in Senayan, but this time I had to go to the venue at 4 am to use the lift, but it couldn't be used, so I had to use the emergency stairs, but overall it was still okay and the hotel was also family friendly.
