I really like coming here, the place is comfortable and strategic. The breakfast is delicious. But yesterday I was looking for empek-egg and there weren't any, hehe. But thank God, everything was delicious, the service was fast and friendly. The bathroom was clean and the facilities were very complete.

On June 11, 2025, I arrived at Hotel Santika Premiere Radial Palembang at around 14.00 WIB. This hotel is strategically located in the Radial area, not far from the city center and the Palembang Square shopping center, so access to everywhere is very easy. Upon arrival, the check-in process was fast and friendly. The receptionist greeted me with a warm smile, and I was given the key to the Twin Room - De Luxe which is located on the top floor with a view of part of the city of Palembang. The Twin De Luxe room feels spacious and clean. Two separate beds are neatly arranged with comfortable warm lighting. In the room there is a Smart TV with local and international channels, a minimalist work desk, a wardrobe and safe, drinking equipment (coffee, tea, mineral water), a bathroom with a hot shower, complete with toiletries and a hairdryer and a very stable and fast Wi-Fi connection, perfect for online work or just surfing. The next morning, breakfast is served buffet style. The choices are complete: from chicken porridge, fried rice, toast, salad, fresh fruit, to coffee and tea. The food is served hygienically and tastes delicious. The waiter service is very polite and agile. Before checking out, I had the chance to use the simple but complete gym, suitable for light physical activities. Staying at Hotel Santika Premiere Radial Palembang provides a pleasant experience: strategic location, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and excellent service. Suitable for business, family, or short tours in Palembang City. I checked out on June 12, 2025 at 11.00 WIB, with a satisfied impression and wanted to come back again if there was a chance.
