Okay, as expected for a 3-star hotel. However, because our stay coincided with an event in Palembang, it was quite noisy, and neighboring rooms were a nuisance. Breakfast was okay; it's a 7/10.

The hotel is very comfortable, strategically located near the mall and easy to reach, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, the AC is cold, the Wi-Fi is smooth but sometimes it gets stuck but only for a short while. The security is responsive, for breakfast, the food is delicious, changed every day. Overall comfortable, if I go to Palembang again, I will stay here again☺️😍

As usual, the service was excellent and friendly, from the receptionist to the driver to the airport. If it's clean and shiny, there's no question this is a great place. The strategic location is my main consideration when staying here every time I visit Palembang. However, there's no vanity chair or full-length mirror, and no overhead lights, which makes it difficult to apply makeup. The morning buffet is great, everything is ready at 6:00.
