When I stay there, reception give me third floor, if I want change to groud floor I have to pay.

Does not match the description. The shower is broken. The AC is not cold. Hot. Placed on the 3rd floor for the reason of using the application. There are no warm water facilities

Room Suite, semua fasilitas berfungsi, ada kulkas mini, ac, queen bed, almari, teras buat smoking area, untuk km mandi ada wastafel, bathtub, wc duduk dan semuanya bersih banget. Hotel ternyaman saya sejauh ini, recommended buat staycation, sukses terus Hotel Shinta 2
