What can you expect for the cheap stay. No water heater, old bed with fair clean. Overall its good only.

This hotel is very basic. It reminds me of hotels of the past era in the 1970's. Location wise, it is very good, right in the middle of the town, just across the famous Chinese Temple. So walking around town is no problem. However, facilities wise, it is very lacking. The bathroom and wc is built together and the step up to it is rather high, not friendly to older guests. The wc is squat type, again, not friendly to older people. No hair shampoo given, just a small piece of soap. No hot water shower. The room is also not very clean. The strong point is, the staff are friendly and helpful.

It's located at the heart of Singkawang. The service from the hotel was excellent. It's a convenient place to stay if you look for a homey place.

I stayed at second floor facing main road. The Karaoke located opposite the hotel was annoying. Generally, the hotel is clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small.
