The room is clean and smells good, the toilet is clean, awesome place, the pool also clean, just a little bit creepy, that we heard some falling things from our room, but nothing is falling, also the pipe in the bathroom also falling by itself. But I will definitely go back and stay here next time visiting Jogja.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are cozy, the atmosphere is quiet, there is not much noise even though the rooms are close together, the location is in Prawirotaman, very close to everywhere.

everything is the best, comfortable, quiet and calm, suitable for families. I really like the classic hotel atmosphere. It's just that the towels need to be replaced because the color is dull and some linens also need to be replaced and please also make a medium or large trash can in the room. Thank you.

With the price, it is really worth it with the facilities available. The room is spacious and there is a swimming pool, the location is close to minimarkets, cafes and trendy ice cream shops. Great. Next time I go here again if I go to Yogyakarta.

Got a room upgrade because there were guests who asked for adjacent rooms. The local TV is very clear & complete so you can watch AFC U17 & Proliga Volley. Swimming pool ready. Coffee, tea & dispenser can be enjoyed as much as you like 😁

The hotel staff is friendly, communicative, my child had a nosebleed. So I immediately washed the sheets and pillowcases that were stained with blood. It disappeared immediately. I have communicated with the Tyta staff, they said it's okay to remove it with Bayclin. During my stay, I was allowed to bring a bicycle in front of the room. My room was in front of the park. Very kids-friendly. When I arrived, it turned out there was a cheaper room with a room that was not spacious for 180 thousand, maybe it could be included with the agent as an option. Every morning, I walk to Prawirotaman Market for 8 minutes. The market snacks are delicious, delicious and cheap.

Roadside access, easy to find, close to everywhere, to Alun-alaun Kidul 5 minutes, to Malioboro 10 minutes, outside rooms, cold AC, working water heater, clean swimming pool, happy children.
