Well, I thought since its ibis then the standard would always be the same. I have been using accor hotels since 2005, so I know their standard. But this is the first time I felt so terrible. The curtains have holes, the walls are not clean, the bathroom is not clean enough (looks old, has brown stains, and seems not well-maintained), the trash can is rusty, the water heater did not work properly. Although the staff were very good and friendly, but for ibis standards, I am very very disappointed for the ambience of the room. Sorry.
