I made it as a honeymoon gift for our children, and they were happy,

1. I've stayed here many times, and I thought things had changed. It turns out it's the same; the staff are still discriminatory. 2. In the middle of the night, it suddenly got really hot, as if the AC wasn't on, even though no one was messing with the AC (it was kind of scary). 3. I'd selected no smoking on the app, and even asked the receptionist, "No smoking, Miss?", and still been given a floor that TURNED OUT as a designated smoking area (p, intended). 4. When I first entered room 1, it smelled so bad I had to change the sheets and pillowcases because the smell was so intense I couldn't smell them. 5. When I got to room 2, when I turned off the AC, it suddenly smelled so bad it was so bad I couldn't breathe. I called the receptionist and they said, "Let's check it out." I waited until check out, but no one came. 😮‍💨 I reconfirmed at check out, and they said if I asked for it on the app, it would depend on room availability (okay), but I'd already asked the receptionist (what's the point of it, btw).

Comfortable, clean rooms, swimming pool, restaurant, coffee shop, children's play area, etc.

This is my umpteenth time staying at Ibis Samarinda, as it's become a part of my routine when I'm on assignment in East Kalimantan. In fact, when my company holds its Planning Cycle, it's always at this hotel. Kudos to Ibis Samarinda.

Good service, friendly staff, according to what we ordered, I ordered a top floor room and was actually given the top floor 16, and the view I got was cool.
