The hotel staff was friendly and quick to respond to any issues. The bedroom and bathroom were clean. However, I found a baby cockroach, and the shower corner was a bit rusty. The swimming pool was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. I would probably stay here again if there's another concert at JIS.

Maybe for the parking area in Basmant, please provide lights because in the middle of the night, women going home alone is a bit scary, especially if they are alone, there is no lighting from the Basmant parking area to the elevator, especially when they want to take the elevator, it is a bit scary if women go out alone through the Basmant parking lane and just come home from eating out, it is a bit anticipatory, just a suggestion, please provide lights for Basmant, especially when we are waiting for the elevator
