The room smelled musty and damp, as if there wasn't proper ventilation. Although the room was large and the bed was king-size, the bed linens were somewhat dull and damp, leaving my clothes damp when I slept.

Great. If you're missing a pair of slippers or the TV won't turn on, the staff will come right away. They're quick.

Recommended to stay here. Efficient hotel check-in/check-out process. They allowed us to check in early, around 12:15 WIB. Customer service is also good.
F&B product that was a group at that time was also able to serve ala carte rooms. Empal gentong & tengkleng are our favorite menus.
FB, FO & HK staff were very humble in serving us.
Please check the sink drain & jet washer in the room again for the HK team.

vacation with family with 2 rooms during fun. The swimming pool is child-friendly, but for the bedroom there was a smell of cigarettes from the next room so we had time to contact the hotel to help vacuum and clean the smell of cigarettes in the room. Overall it can be used as a reference to stay at this hotel again with family. Hopefully in the future it will be better in all respects, and can provide attractive discounts for staying
