City center hotel near Tunjungan Plaza.. unfortunately it's a bit cramped.. can't add extra bed,, then for tea, coffee package is not provided.. when I called they said by request,, even though I requested it, it wasn't given.. because it's already go green,, drinking water is also refilled in front of the room.. there are only toothbrushes for amenities.. because everything is by request.. if you don't request it, it's not there..
overall good,, breakfast is varied..
hopefully the service will be better in the future..

comfortable. clean. friendly. but minimal activities in the hotel, access to the car park area in the basement without a lift and stairs so it's hard to carry things. there is also refillable gallon drinking water. unfortunately there are not many staff and can't help with carrying things. overall good comfortable and can be repeated

For a class like Ibis, I really didn't expect the bed to be a bit disappointing. I happened to take the standard one... the bed actually made me sick and the bathroom wasn't very clean, there were a lot of maintenance patches that seemed to be done carelessly.

We stayed in this hotel for transit. The room and bed were comfortable, we had a good rest. The only problem is we could hear noises from outside. The location was great (there is Indomaret right next to the building), parking was easy. Staff were friendly, also the food is good and the price is quite reasonable.
