Ibis made my business trip more comfy. As my expectation, Ibis served the best in providing high standard of hospitality. Nice and clean room. Location very strategic to local culinary district.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the location is near the city center, the hotel ambience was nice, so many greens and the lobby area is nice, the room was clean, they provided bolster too! They prepare everything I requested from the app.

Staff hotel ramah dan helpful, untuk ukuran kamar pas untuk pribadi tapi untuk keluarga sepertinya kurang, lokasi strategis dekat dari mana-mana, desain kamarnya estetik banget, AC-nya top banget karena AC central, cukup kedap juga untuk kelasnya, recommended!
