InterContinental Hotels BALI RESORT, an IHG Hotel

When we checked in they sat us at a dirty table that had not been cleaned after previous guests. Bottles and glasses still on the table and floor. Our room was adjacent to the service elevator and guest elevator, twin beds instead of the king I had requested, and one bed very lopsided! I requested another room and they apologized and accommodated us quickly. The rest of our stay was wonderful and we enjoyed the pool side bar, beach and best of all breakfast was amazing and service excellent! We also loved the cooking class at the restaurant! The food was so delicious! The property grounds are very beautiful and we loved strolling around enjoying the relaxing inspiration of nature!

10/10. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful resort on the beachfront. Several swimming pools and places to eat, as well as activities on offer, it makes you never want to leave. Staff went above and beyond to help us at all times, including providing lunch boxes for us at 6am for our day trip and dealing with any requests we had.

We were there 12 years ago and loved it then still love it now. Breakfast is sensational and all beds around the pool are in excellent condition and the property is so well maintained and manicured. The beds were amazing we had the best sleeps. Staff were all brilliant

This is an Oasis in the middle of a 3rd world city. As long as you stay in the property and enjoy the many amenities, you will have a wonderful time.

The location is quiet and less tourist crowded compared to Kuta, Sanur and Ubod areas. It’s safe to walk outside at night. The property itself feels you’re in the middle of the forest next to the beach. Sunsets were wonderful and stunning! Family friendly and costumer service was top notch!

The resort property is beautiful and a traditional Balinese style. Jimbaran beach is simply amazing, quite clean , and super smooth sand all the way into the ocean which makes entry and swimming fantastic. Very good dining options and quality of food. All the staff were very kind and friendly. I would certainly stay here again.

The property was in perfect condition and well maintained. A beautiful beachfront with plenty of restaurants and an excellent spa and fitness center. The rooms were well appointed and roomy. I would stay there again for a longer time frame.
