This is our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we truly enjoyed our experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing, perfect for a getaway. The food was also excellent, with a variety of delicious menu options that we really enjoyed. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, good food, and a pleasant stay.

I've been staying at the JS Luwansa on my trips to Jakarta several times now and I am always happy to come back. The rooms are well-sized, clean, and in good overall condition. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and ready to help (on our last stay, we were there for a week and the breakfast staff remembered what coffee we wanted after the first day - such a nice touch!). The gym is a decent size, is clean and has all the basic equipment. Breakfast has plenty of choice and has been consistently good quality. The location too is great (depending on where you need to go, of course), with an LRT and TransJakarta stop nearby, if you are using public transport. Happy to come back here on future trips.

I always love the friendly service at JS Luwansa. The entire hotel staff is friendly and helpful, from the parking attendants, security, bellboys, concierge, front office, receptionist, and housekeeping, everyone is very helpful and friendly. Yesterday, the Duty Manager helped me check in and Mr. Fahri helped me check out. Thank you, JS Luwansa, the best place for me and my family to vacation. ๐๐ป

The FO service was very friendly and helpful. I was given an early check-in by Mr. Rendy FO. The room was clean and comfortable, with a complete gym. The food was delicious, and there was no problem. All the staff were very friendly. I borrowed prayer equipment, and the man brought it to me using a shower cap. It was very hygienic. I ordered food from the restaurant, the portions were quite large and delicious.
It was worth it and I will return again.
