Breakfast is rationed, with the only choices being noodles or fried rice, which tastes like something out of place. A hotel that costs millions of rupiah, but breakfast is rationed, is simply not normal...

Staff was very polite and accommodating. Location is a bit tricky to get there if going by ferry. Still under construction, that is why it's noisy. The room was a bit hotter and not comfortable. Rooms do not have AC.

The guest rooms are clean and big, the bathrooms are also clean, but the variety and taste of the breakfast is still lacking...

Breakfast is not varied, choose from the menu that has been provided, heavy food is only fried rice and Indomie, many rules (no heating/cooking on the balcony, drivers are not allowed in the room, they say you can't even sit down, so you have to pay extra).

This hotel is highly recommended for its friendly and helpful staff. It’s conveniently located right beside Lake Toba, and there are various food choices available in the surrounding area.

The name may not be as well-known as Samosir Cottages or other hotels, but the environment where you stay is truly comfortable and private.

Rude reception staff. Not recommended in case booking for your guests or friends to stay. Attitude attitude toward guests. Despite the cleanliness of the facility, still not worth to be treated that way.

Accommodation with serene views of Lake Toba - suitable for healing and taking photos. The rooms are big and clean, high ceilings, high beds, there are fans. There is a shower with hot water & a high sink. For toilet needs, you should bring your own soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste because only rolled tissue is provided in the toilet. For those who like quiet, you need to bring earplugs because you can hear noise from the next room as well as vehicles passing on the road in front of the inn.

The best cottages in Samosir. Those who are on vacation in Samosir, have to stay here anyway. The view is the best, the service and friendliness of the employees is extraordinary. I have to come back to stay here if I go to Samosir again.

The hotel rooms are spacious, comfortable, quiet and very beautiful. The owner is very friendly, really recommend this inn. And will come back again for the next vacation.

Very clean hotel with quite pocket-friendly prices, friendly hotel staff, direct view of Lake Toba.

Our family is very grateful to be able to stay at Juma Cottage. The reasons: 1. Since arriving at Juma Cottage, the welcome is very friendly. 2. The room is clean, spacious, the bathroom is also very comfortable. 3. Hot water for bathing is always available, including towels & other toiletries. 4. The food is also very good. 5. The garden in front of the room is also very beautiful, and right on the edge of Lake Toba. 6. For laundry clothes are also available and affordable prices. 7. The cottage manager also provides speed boat rentals. But I have to be honest, there are still facilities that need to be added, such as: 1. Television in every room. 2. Fishing tools. 3. A solution so that children can swim in Lake Toba which is exactly behind the cottage. If God allows, my family and I still want to return to this Juma Cottage. Amen.

The place is especially clean, spacious, aesthetic, if you want to stay calm, stay here. All the staff are friendly, one day is not enough, next time we will stay here again. Hopefully soon there will be a swimming pool, hehe.
