A hotel with a complete package... friendly staff, cleanliness, spacious rooms, good facilities, breakfast with a taste that does not disappoint, and most pleasantly, just a few steps to the mall so no hassle finding food and snacks. Taking the morning train schedule is also not a rush because it is close to Jatinegara train station. Truly a pleasant experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, from the front desk, HK, restaurant staff, to security. The room was spacious, with excellent water pressure and strong current. Housekeeping and Mas Rifan were excellent. The cleaning process even included brushing the bathroom. The hotel has a coffee machine, vending machine, and most importantly, a laundry room, although the dryer wasn't optimal. The downsides were that breakfast wasn't a buffet, only one menu, and there was no room service, so you had to walk to the restaurant or bring your own food to your room. Overall, I had a nice experience, and I will be back soon.

The room had no outside view. Although spacious, it still felt cramped. The hotel's location was good. Unfortunately, upon check-out in the morning, guests had to wait in the lobby without any explanation because there was no staff on duty at the front desk or in the lobby, including security. Guests were left waiting for a long time without any explanation.

Strategic location, clean building, and aesthetic design. Best of all, exit the lobby directly to Jatinegara Mall. Laundry is free and self-service. The rooms are spacious and clean, but the AC is noisy. Perhaps engineering should perform preventative maintenance and HK when cleaning rooms, paying attention to which rooms have noisy ACs.

Stayed for 5 days on business. Thankfully, the staff was friendly, the room was very clean, and the room was spacious. The hotel's proximity to the mall was very helpful, especially during our stay, when there was a Minangkabau Food and Arts Festival. One suggestion: the breakfast menu could be expanded. Overall, it's okay, highly recommended.
