My experience staying for 4 days and 3 nights at the Kalya Hotel was very pleasant, with a cheap price but the service and facilities are not inferior to a five-star hotel, the food served is also diverse in menu and taste, besides that, the location is strategic, the environment is comfortable, and around the hotel there are also many food and drink vendors.

The amenities were incomplete, such as there were no tissues in the room. There was also no hand soap, soap and shampoo were combined. As for the mattress, all other equipment was safe and clean. Hopefully there will be changes in the future. Oh yes, tea and coffee were only provided once.

I've been a regular customer here, but recently the water heater didn't work and there was no table lamp, the bathroom light was off, I couldn't be bothered to complain, because the receptionist was busy.
