It's great if you go to Karimun, stay here at LGI. The staff is friendly. The room is quite comfortable. What makes it unique is that you can have dinner and breakfast. Because usually many only get breakfast.

In 2024 I often stayed here, even though I had just booked on the app the staff already knew me, until I came back to meet new staff who were not as friendly as usual, if the management changes it is natural that everyone changes, this time only 2 people in front changed when I checked in. It doesn't match the photo anymore and it is not explained which view, so it's a trap. The facilities include towels with holes and tears, you don't have to ask for an exchange for this, it's proof that there is no quality control. Indeed, the price is very cheap for the hotel's position. But if the service is not like the people who used to be very unfriendly, it will ruin it. There are many cheaper ones, even many more expensive ones. This is a matter of comfort that used to be, please return it.

This is the best hotel, although not as luxurious as a 4-star hotel, but the view and location are strategic, plus you can check in early in the morning. Unfortunately, now superior type rooms can rarely be booked via the app, in the past I always took the superior sea view type. Hopefully there will be a change.

The price is very worth it, you can have breakfast and dinner even though the menu is standard but it tastes good and the location is very strategic next to the harbor. The staff is friendly, the room is quite comfortable and cool. Awesome
