I originally wanted to stay only one night because the hotel was comfortable, clean and not noisy, so I continued for 2 nights. The service was good, the staff were all friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and it was not difficult to find culinary and tourist attractions. God willing, if I go to Plbng again, I will stay here again.

Second stay here for work, for a night. Chosen because its location, near speed boat dock to Baung. Stored my baggage in their office in the morning, went to Baung, and had a late check in. Superb service from Miss Riska, a pretty receptionist. Pick room without breakfast. Hot shower, AC, and TV worked normally. Drinking water available from an outside dispenser. Only a refrigerator is not working, just take it out from the room, please. Fresh and clean bed sheet and a towel already prepared during entering room. Nothing asked for more from a room that kind of rate. A repeat order next time here? Sure!

The bathroom smells steamy and the sheets on the bed look like they haven't been washed, the water heater is starting to not work properly, you have to wait a few minutes for hot water to come out and the housekeeping service is very slow, you are only asked to bring a doormat

otherwise please accept it patiently, old building, the room feels dark and damp, poorly maintained and not clean,
the bathroom toilet area is also 11 12, you can get a clogged sink like when we stayed.
this hotel is the best choice when compared to worse hotels 😰

It's funny, staying here is expensive, 400 thousand rupiahs but there is no Aqua placed in the room..there are gallons placed outside for that many rooms on the 3rd floor..then I stayed here, the AC was broken and the decision to move rooms or something took a long time..the reason was the room was full, I couldn't change to a room with good AC that could be used...when my husband got angry first, he was told to move to a room with good AC..it seems like you don't have to get angry first before there is an empty room..

The hotel service is friendly from the admin, but the room I stayed in was not comfortable because the bathroom smelled bad so every time I entered the bathroom I had to cover my nose, only when I needed to go in there and the sink was also clogged, which was not nice to look at because the water in the sink was stagnant every time I wanted to wash my face, I had called the maintenance officer or an employee who passed by the room but they only said they would fix it later and then when I went home there was no response and they didn't fix the clogged sink.
