Such a lovely place. With nice smell of blossom flower, peaceful ambience, great scenery, and cold weather. The room Damascena also spacious and clean. Very nice staying experience

It is a heaven for gardening lovers. I stay in damascena it has beautiful view. Many beautiful spots.

Nice minimalist rooms in the middle of a beautiful, spacious garden (which is an attraction in and of itself). Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Water heater was set backwards (cold to hot and vice versa) and was a bit murky, there were stains on the blanket. Overall a good experience.

The hotel was so nice, tidy, and clean. We really enjoyed the mountain fresh air and smell good from many flowers around. There is a playground for kids. Service good enough. But menu of breakfast less variate, just porridge, fried rice and bread.

We stayed for 2 nights at magnolia villa, and we don't get bored at all. The view are pretty and istagramable the air was cool, the garden beautiful to look at and our children are very happy just running around since it such a cozy place to be. The villa are spacious, nice, clean and affordable. We really enjoy our stay and defenetly will come back again.

Situhapa Rose Garden is the perfect place for those of you who want to enjoy the cool air and romantic atmosphere in the Garut highlands. The natural atmosphere is really calm, full of colorful flowers, and the scenery is incredibly beautiful! The cottage also has a unique design and blends in with nature, making the experience of staying here unforgettable.
The distance from the center of Garut is about 40 minutes. But it is located on the edge of the highway. It seems a bit difficult to find food around and outside the hotel. But there is a restaurant inside that is open until 21.00 and the price is not expensive. With large and delicious portions.
The staff are friendly and very helpful, the cleanliness of the rooms is also well maintained. Suitable for family vacations, couples, or just healing from the fatigue of the city.
But there are two small things that can make the experience of staying here even more perfect: hopefully in the future a hairdryer can be provided in each room, and it would be even more comfortable if the room windows were equipped with vitrase curtains, so that privacy is maintained without having to close the black-out curtains tightly so that light can enter.
Overall, this is one of the hidden gems that you must visit if you go to Garut.

stayed last Friday, it was quite clean but not so clean, got rose tea and afternoon chocolate,
The downside is that you can't check in early even though it's only half an hour away, they said it was still in the HK cleaning stage, so I checked in at 14.05 with the intention of taking a shower and sleeping because the journey from BKS was by motorbike, but it was hampered because my body was itchy & bumpy, after checking the bed there were still hair and insects (not many though)
Finally I called the FO to ask for a change of sheets & to clean it.
Oh, one more thing, when CO was right, they called me at 12.00, even though it was almost Dzuhur time, it was too late, right?

The best hotel/resort in Garut, especially during the rainy season. The location is a bit far from the city center, but you can order food and drinks at affordable prices. The hotel is very clean and the garden is very well maintained and beautiful.

The garden is great for flower lovers, the view is breathtaking. I thought booking the most expensive cottage would give us the best view, but it wasn't, our view is blocked by other cottages. One of the rooms on the first floor has a bad smell and it feels so damp. The menu for breakfast is exactly the same for the two days we stayed there. Cleanliness for sure needs to be leveled up.

For the view is good
The room is also clean
The BF food is standard, there is fried rice, bubu and bread
Drinks are coffee, tea and juice
It's just that I'm disappointed with the security there because I lost some food and ice gel that I put in a closed aluminum bag behind the front chair on the terrace
This is the first time I've stayed overnight and lost it🥹
Hopefully in the future there won't be an incident like mine
