The place is clean and spacious. It looks like an old building, but it seems well-maintained and the room facilities are quite modern so our room doesn’t feel like an old building at all. The price is totally worth it, we fell in love with this place.

This was my first time experience in Kristal Hotel. Booked the 2 bedroom superior. Overall everything was great, from check-in to check-out. WiFi was terrific; kids were enjoying the weekend getaway. Breakfast was not bad although it could have more varieties for a 4-star hotel. But surely I will come back again.

The food is varied and delicious. The hotel and rooms are clean. The playground is well-maintained, the swimming pool is clean, and the chlorine smell isn't too strong. Mrs. Rini from The Deli cafe is very friendly. I will definitely be back again 👍🏻
