The place is clean and spacious. It looks like an old building, but it seems well-maintained and the room facilities are quite modern so our room doesn’t feel like an old building at all. The price is totally worth it, we fell in love with this place.

Hotel Kristal is a high-star hotel in Jakarta. Should Hotel Kristal's birthday gift focus be on long-stay customers? Why aren't first-time guests given a special "Birthday Cake" offer to encourage repeat stays?
I'm a bit disappointed. They initially attempted to confirm with management, but apparently they didn't take the initiative to inform the customer, so they had to make up their minds first.

I understand that policies may vary, but I was a bit disappointed to find that Kristal Hotel does not offer a refund option and that rescheduling my stay has been quite challenging. I hope the hotel can consider providing more flexible arrangements in the future.
