Thank you Kytos Hotel for the great time. My friend and I had enjoyed our stay here. The food was delicious and the place especially rooftop was so beautiful. You must visit rooftop and try their food here. We could leave our bags before checking in. It was best. The location is strategic if you want to go to Lembang. There are many restaurants and mini markets around here so it will be easy to find food.

facilities are okay. breakfast is okay. there is a warm water swimming pool. compact room. I stayed with my family so I got a connecting room. but there were some things that were not pleasing because first, when paying upon check in, it turned out that I couldn't make payments with qris or debit due to disruptions etc. so we had to pay in cash and withdraw money from the nearest ATM. this is clearly very inconvenient. not everyone carries that much cash. it would be better if there was a transfer option, but it wasn't available. although the staff were friendly, it was very unfortunate that it happened. second, when called, it was informed that there was a connecting room, but the door could be accessed by request. when asked to be opened, the staff entered the room with shoes on. it would be better for reasons of cleanliness. third, the headboard in my room 208, the layer was peeling off so it could be dangerous. fourth, when confirmed by phone we requested that the twin mattresses be combined, but it was not done. overall first experience ok, 3/5. could be better.

DON'T FORGET TO PREPARE 100,000 IDR BEFORE CHECKING IN For the deposit must be cash, guys
I happened to be in transit in Bandung for work. I arrived in Bandung at 6:15 am. Work on one of the construction projects finished at 2:35 pm, went straight to the hotel and wanted to rest right away. When checking in, I had to deposit 100 thousand, coincidentally I didn't have any cash, I asked for a discount for the afternoon, they gave me some and I bought some food, they said no, I kept quiet and waited for a few minutes and then said "the nearest ATM is at Indomaret" I said oh yeah, then the receptionist left without saying anything, I was still in front of the reception desk while waiting because I was really tired, my eyes were hot and watery, until the male receptionist said ma'am, the deposit has to be done now, I asked if I can do it later, no ma'am, I'm sorry
I immediately went out and left my things like that until the Indomaret ATM was very, very long after finishing checking in, I got a room that had a connecting room without any notification or information that the hotel was full, the only room left was that room, for example, and what happened again, the connected room was very noisy even until midnight move the chair, chat loudly and the sound of either a hair dryer or a chopper because the sound is very loud

Overall this Hotel is sucks and NOT recommended,
Floor in the Lobby and inside the room are so dirty, Towels was look so ugly,
Reception staff was not helpful and None of Hotel’s WiFi was working

It's not bad for the price of 490, you can get a hot water swimming pool. I got a small room. Please make the prayer room and ablution area more child-friendly. If you are not paying attention, your child can plunge into the basement. Please provide a fence.

Arriving at 12 o'clock, you can go swimming while waiting for check-in time, then coincidentally my wife requested a cake for her birthday and was given one, thank you. This is the 5th time I've stayed here and if I go to Bandung, I will definitely stay here because it is the most strategic hotel & close to km2 in the Setiabudi area. The only downside is the hair dryer and toilet need to have a fragrance, it's a bit smelly. That's all, the rest is really good

Disappointing. Wifi doesn't work at all, complaints about wifi are even worse. 3X complaints to the reception were answered with excuses and lies to send a technician to the room. Regret, should have just booked a chain hotel, which is cheaper but the standards are certain.
Non-chainage hotels are often arbitrary about meeting standards. Sorry Hotel T, I can't recommend your hotel. Hopefully this can be a material for improvement

For the price we pay, I don't get service as deserved. Wi-Fi is terrible, but the way they handle the complaint is even horrible. Full disappoint. Not recommended hotel, better to get lower budget hotel chains (Zest, Pop, Amaris, Ibis). Santika has the same price with much better service & facilities.
