Thank you Kytos Hotel for the great time. My friend and I had enjoyed our stay here. The food was delicious and the place especially rooftop was so beautiful. You must visit rooftop and try their food here. We could leave our bags before checking in. It was best. The location is strategic if you want to go to Lembang. There are many restaurants and mini markets around here so it will be easy to find food.

for the check in / check out process is easy, the attraction is the warm water pool, the room is quite comfortable although for the standard size it is a bit small, for breakfast it also tastes good and is quite varied, the only minus is the parking lot is not spacious, so it is difficult to get in and out of the car, especially if there are many visitors, for the staff is friendly, because when the incident happened I was injured, there was one of the staff who saw and quickly took a plaster, yes, this staff is extraordinary, kytos will be on my and my family's wishlist, love it ...

Good service, clean rooms.
There's a heated swimming pool, but it's not very big and there are a lot of children, so you can only soak in it.
You have to lock your car in the parking lot because parking is limited.
Overall, it's good, but I think the price is quite expensive, almost 1.2 million rupiah for a family room for a 3-star hotel.

Perhaps the room should be checked more closely for cleanliness, as there were lots of bugs.
When I got home, my wife and children's skin was red because they had complained of itching the night before.
As soon as I arrived, I checked the mattress and found several (short) hairs on it.

For the first and last time, I'll just come here. With a rate of 800 thousand rupiah, I didn't get any amenities, it was a suite with no minibar, no hairdryer, no refillable gallon jug outside the room. The friendly staff and the hot water pool were helpful. Even though the pool was shared with non-guests :(
