Thank you Kytos Hotel for the great time. My friend and I had enjoyed our stay here. The food was delicious and the place especially rooftop was so beautiful. You must visit rooftop and try their food here. We could leave our bags before checking in. It was best. The location is strategic if you want to go to Lembang. There are many restaurants and mini markets around here so it will be easy to find food.

I'm so happy. Every time I go to Bandung, I choose this hotel. The swimming pool is warm. The breakfast is delicious. And my kids really enjoy seeing the fish pond. Basically, I'll keep coming back here every time I go to Bandung.

I booked 2 rooms, 1 family room with a capacity of 4 persons and 1 standard room. We were like rooms 319 and 317. In the family room, when I checked the standard, the water tap in the sink was very small, but that's okay. When checking the shower, the switch between the shower and the standard tap (for ablution) below it didn't work properly. When the button was switched, the shower water only dripped a little, the standard tap remained on high. But thankfully the staff was very responsive and helpful, it was immediately fixed. When I tried the AC remote it also didn't work, but a new AC remote was immediately delivered. The room was quite comfortable, but you have to be prepared for the noise of vehicles from the road which was very clearly audible, especially yesterday, Saturday night, there were many convoys/touring motorbikes towards Lembang, waking me up several times The swimming pool is top-notch, warm water on the rooftop, the best. Dinner at the 8one rooftop restaurant with the family was quite enjoyable, the nagor kebuli and oxtail soup were delicious, good job Chef👍 For breakfast, the variety is just standard. Thank you

A hotel that has a heated swimming pool and can be opened until 9 pm, with the cold Bandung weather it is just right, breakfast is on the rooftop and the mountain view is visible, the food is ok but could be more varied, the room is a bit small, but clean and fragrant.

The hotel staff is very friendly, and there are many food stalls around the hotel. The location is right in the center, close to Lembang but also not too far from the city center.
There's a swimming pool, and the breakfast is varied, from cereal, rice, bread, and even instant noodles!
Next time I'm in Bandung, I'll definitely come back here!

The room is clean but small. In other hotels, you get two slippers when you stay, but this one is only one. They don't provide a hot kettle. I think they're a bit stingy. Sorry, but honestly.
At 500 thousand rupiah per night, I think it's a bit expensive with limited facilities. The swimming pool is nice and the water is warm.

The hotel staff are all very friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, aesthetic, the swimming pool is clean. It's on the rooftop. The water is warm. So you can swim comfortably without feeling cold. Yesterday I got a room with a shower that didn't work. But I immediately changed rooms. Overall, I like staying here. It's just that maybe the breakfast could have more variety of food. Thank you Kytos Hotel.

A very potential hotel to be chosen in Bandung because it has a location that is actually not far from the city center, although the access is also fairly on a busy/congested route. I happened to get a room in a new building that was still relatively new and clean, but here I share my experience during my 3D2N stay at Kytos:
- Parking is not too spacious, but a valley is provided and this is very helpful and is not a problem with parking;
- First time arriving at check-in, the payment process must be paid in cash! because the hotel argued that the EDC machine was broken, as a result it was necessary to leave the hotel to find an ATM (next to the hotel there is an Indomaret);
- The position of the room is on the 1st floor of the new building, and it turned out that the door handle could not be locked, and after reporting to the hotel staff it turned out that the door handle battery was dead (which in my opinion is why the room was not checked beforehand);
- there was a light in the room that could not be turned off, had reported it to the hotel but it still could not be fixed, as a result the light was unplugged;
- for breakfast so so, they only provide instant noodle menu, and most in demand.
apart from the problems based on my experience, it is still helped by:
- Friendly and responsive crew and hotel staff service to all my reports;
- Warm water swimming pool facilities that are not too big but enough to just play with family;
- Rooms in the new building are relatively new and clean;
around the hotel location there are many culinary choices.
in the future hopefully it can be better, because this hotel could be another choice when returning to Bandung.
