It's a great hotel, the service, the facilities, the location. The only negative is that we came during the pandemic so the surroundings aren't as it was to be, lost of the little shops and cafes around Jimbaran area are closed so that we have to go pretty far for meals and etc. Another is that, yes because of the pandemic, we can't use all the aforementioned facilities, the spa, the pool bar, the gym weren't fully operational. But still, all and all, I'm very satisfied

My husband and I just love every second of our stay at this hotel. 10/10 would recommend and honestly, we're already going through our calendar to secure another Bali vacation soon. Definitely would stay here again

Good 5 nights here. Was upgraded upon arrival to swim up room, although we rarely used this feature. Room was a very good size and comfortable bed. Some cracked tiles and dirty grout/silicone in bathroom could be refreshed but all in all pretty clean. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Smiley and Ali very friendly by the pool. Nice pool area. All meals in the restaurant were nice.

The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds and AC. A lovely view of the pool from the balcony. Our only disappointment was the amount of smoke entering the property from the beach restaurants which we had never experienced during previous stays. We otherwise enjoyed our stay like always and love the short trip to the airport before a long flight.

Beautiful hotel. But please note the hotel does not have its own private beach. The beach tho is not very nice for swimming, although one can swim there, its just good for relaxing.

To be honest, this likely used to be a top notch property, but they're way behind with repairs and upkeep of the property. The lication is walking distance to the town and beach. We would choose a different hotel next time. It was very noisy all the time. The chairs around the pool are limited and our lagune access room didn't even have loungers to sit on. Disappointed!

I’m sorry this accommodation wasn’t for me. It’s very tired and needs some serious updating. Shower pressure barely working and nor was toilet. This accommodation aimed at families with children snd on a budget. Just not our cup of tea.

We had an amazing time at Le Méridien! The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pool was a great way to cool off! The rooms were very nice, comfortable beds and the air conditioning kept us cool. We woke up every morning looking forward to the buffet breakfast. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to help with everything we needed from dietary restrictions, suggestions on where to go and to obtain private drivers. I hope we can return someday!

The hotel is great! We loved it all, the very friendly and helpful staff, the lovely pool, the bar for sunset viewing, many restaurants just across the street to taste the famous Jimbaran seafood. The easy access to the lovely beach is fantastic.

We stayed at the Le Méridien for our first trip to Bali based on the fact that we’ve stayed at Le Méridien’s in several other countries and have always had great experiences. This experience in particular was absolutely atrocious.
When we arrived we had a warm welcome and upon checking into our room we were appalled by the state of the room. There is mold in the showers, the bathroom, the room is unclean with dust everywhere, the towels are not clean, the property around is not clean, we literally had ticks in our bed and after complaining they sent us to a new room which we were grateful for but when we got to the room it was infested with flies and spiders, there was a work in the bath tub and even more roaches and mould we could ever imagine. All in all very disappointed in this place however I will say the staff are great but overall would highly recommend not staying here. There are several other amazing hotels in the area which are the same price that are upheld as an exclusive hotel. The cleanliness is non existent pls beware

Loved how activities staff Smiley and Yuni made fun for all the guests while leaving time to lay on the lagoon. Food cooked by Gede and team was top notch for Balinese over dinner and cakes at Breakfast with fully stocked egg/pancake/rice/noodle/fruit stations plus all dietary needs catered for. all the wait staff were attentive as were the lobby staff who helped organise anything we asked. Get the lagoon access pool for ultimate refreshment.

Hotel is a great hotel - slightly older - bed little harder than I prefer, but staff were all fab.
The location is a very short walk away from the beach, but the downside is actually the area there isnt much to walk to in terms of bars, nightlife or shopping.
